All participants (musicians, bands, DJs, vendors) must obtain a City of Seneca business license to operate legally within city limits.

If your festival uses city streets or public property, you must complete the Use of City Streets Application.

 Vendors must fill out the appropriate applications. For food vendors, complete the Food Festival Vendor Application.
